We spent about $22,000 today on a new minivan and a new sectional for our family room. We had a bunch of fabric samples hanging on the back of our couch all weekend so we could figure out which one looked the best in our light. We finally agreed on one and Renee called to let them know what we wanted and got it ordered. We should get it here sometime in September.
We traded in the Jeep on a new ‘06 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT. They finally caved in and agreed to the trade-in value I insisted on for the Jeep, so we got to drive the new van home today. I’m kinda sad that I won’t get to drive the Jeep around anymore, because it was fun to drive. I’ll be the “old person” driving the Buick now. But, we needed the room now that we have 2 kids and often times need to haul extra kids and/or family around with us. This will make that a lot easier.
