They Did It!

Collin's baseball team had their second game in as many days today, and they won the game 10-7!  They were all pretty excited to win (and, truth be told, so was I).  Collin got 2 good hits and got to score a run.  He played pitcher, shortstop, 2nd base, and left field.  He made a good play in left field to get the ball back in to second base – we ALMOST got the runner out!  I'm still getting the hang of pitching to some of the kids, and some of them strike out a lot, but I'm trying to get it right in there where they can hit it.  One of the kids finally got a good hit, and after the game he was grinning ear to ear saying "I finally got a hit!"  I was really happy for him.  Only 20 more games!
