Biggest Loser!

We're having a Biggest Loser contest where I work, and I'm the team leader for one of the teams.  I started off just over a month ago at 210 lbs.  Last week, I weighed in at 199.5 lbs.  That's the first time I've weighed less than 200 lbs. in a LONG time.  I was excited.  I'd like to get down to at least 190 (180 if I can). 

I haven't really gone on a diet; I've just started eating less of the things I like.  I did give up eating french fries; and instead of junk food, I'm eating yogurt or fruit for snacks.  I also gave up pop entirely, just drinking water.  Also, with summer coming, it's easier to exercise more, too (as long as I don't kill my back in the process!).  I feel a lot better now.  Plus, our team is winning the contest so far!
